| Post subject: | 'Frozen' Suspension? |
I've only noticed this when it is cold out side... It sounds like my suspension is 'frozen.' In my AM commute I go over a few speed bumps in neighborhoods and when the suspension compresses it sounds like the struts/shocks are frozen. Anyone else ran into this? |

That is due to the lovely choice made for the materials that were used to make the suspension bushings. |

Disconnect the front of the swaybar, pull the bushings, clean and spray well with silicone, reassemble. Should help for awhile, if not, get new ones. |

What he said...I went home to for lunch and looked at my spray can I've been using and it is lithium grease that I've been using in the same way as KJ04...I wasn't sure what can I had been using so I did not include that in my post. |

Or just deal with it? After a while it becomes a noise that I look for in the cold weather... I start to worry if I don't here the suspension on cold mornings. |

I added grease fittings to my swaybar bushings in about 2 hours... very easy and cheap as well. I think it is well worth it. |
