i have an '05 with the automatic trans, and when i shift from reverse to drive, i get a kinda clunky noise and the jeep kinda bounces front to rear. i am pressing as hard as i can on the brake pedal and still no difference. am i shifting too fast from reverse to drive, or am i letting go of the brake too early, or do i have a problem? thanks!

Dont push to hard on the pedal, may blow out a blinker fluid line.

Probably normal drivetrain noise. Dont be nascaring it from R to D or from D to R. Pause in N then shift it into whatever gear.
