So, as I've mentioned before, my transfer case keeps slipping from 4-LO to N on occasion. I noticed tonight that I could hold up on the handle to keep it from popping out. Is there an easy way to tighten this up?

You may need to adjust your linkage, sounds like it is not fully engaging into 4-lo.Under the KJ near the front t-case output(to front diff) is the linkage,it has a adjustment on it.It's hard to explain with out showing you but once you look at it it is pretty easy, disconect the linkage, make sure the t-case shofter(little shaft with arm sticking out of the t-case is fully turned torwards the front of the KJ) and adjust the linkage to match the distance, rehook up,and then test operation.Hope this helped a little.

Thanks, I'll take a look at it after work tonight.
