My girlfriend's liberty will be getting a daystar 2" lift soon. It's got like 75k on it, and the suspension is getting a little tired. I already know that I'm going to throw some OME rear shocks on the rear. From experience, OME shocks combined with any lift will improve the ride tremendously!

I'm also looking at replacing the front struts. At 75k, it's about time. I don't want to just get the regular old stock ones. I'm sure OME would ride really nice...but they're really really expensive! Almost 2x other brands. Other options are the RSXs, and rusty's (probably monroe, right?). I'm open to other brands as well, if there are any. I've never been a fan of rancho stuff on jeeps....it's nice on full size trucks and stuff, but the two people I know who have run rancho shocks on their jeeps (TJ, and XJ) didn't keep them on there for long. I'm looking to slightly improve the ride, not make it harsher for her. Anyone have any experience with any of these brands?? Comments on ride quality. Keep in mine I'll be keeping the stock springs, just adding spacers. The goal is to increase the ride height slightly, but mainly just to increase ride quality. It does have hooks and skids, but she isn't really going to be taking it wheeling much....that's what my Cherokees are for! The occasional romp through teh backyard trails are about all the wheeling that we'll be doing with it....again, mainly concerned with ride quality.

Ofcourse I searched in advance....didn't find any posts that compared and contrasted just the aftermarket struts. TIA.
