Mine just stops working after a couple CD's. Have to turn the KJ off, and then back on and then works for a couple more. My steering wheel controls don't work correctly anymore on the left side either. At least half the time when you try to change presets, it searchs up. I really need to get the motorized touchscreen to fit in the dash so I can pull the stock Infinity system and install the computer and other goodies. |

After a few trips to the desert mine stopped accepting new discs and started scratching CD's ... of course I can't really blame DC on this They replaced it for me free of charge, which was really nice. |

I have the 6-pack in the rear fender and I've had no problem except on a really hot day 100+ it acts like a record with a scratch skips around a lot but other then that it works pretty good. |

The 6 CD changer in my KJ is twitchy, but only once in a while. If I take a CD out, it won't let me put another one back in for a while. Sometimes I have to retry 3 or 4 times before it takes it. |

my in dash OE CD player has a mind of its own...some days it plays flawlessly, other day it will take a CD in and click nonstop and eventually eject the CD. the clicking noise will continue for another 10-20 seconds or so...even if I turn the ignition off. then, lo and behold, I put another CD in, and it plays fine. what can ya do? LOL |

My in dash 6-cd player took a puke. I took it apart, got all my CDs out, but the plastic spindle had broke. It looks like about a $0.20 part. I hope this is true, because I don't want to go to aftermarket and lose my steering wheel controls. I know there are adapters but from what I read they suck. |

I havent had any trouble with mine, yet. But the noise it makes when you switch cds sounds like one thing out of place will cause it to break. Like more friction than there should be. |
