It seems as if it's coming from inside the cab, behind me. It sounds like birds chirping when I go over uneven roads! I sware its the seat belts but I cannot figure it out. I secured the jack under the seat and that help some, but still the bird squeeks! Any ideas?

I would bet its the liftgate (glass) or your rear seats rattling. Try driving with the rear seats laying flat and see if it goes way.

Did you ever read "The Dark Half" by Stephen King? beware the birds.....

But seriously, itsajeepthingjustturnupthestereolouderandlivew/it.

But seriously for real this time, The rear seat latch, passenger side on my KJ once made chirping noises until I hit it w/ some spray lithium grease. Took me a while to find it and my first suspect was the hi-lift under the rear seat which decided to start making noise after I fixed the seat latch, of course it drove me nuts first (short drive) while I continued to think it was the latch again.

Mine does that. On mine it's the polyurethane bushings in the upper mounts of the new shocks.

Mine used to do that and it was the rear shock on the top mount wasn't tight enough. I torqued it to the standard and it quit. I had to use two washers on each side of the shock to make sure that the mount doesn't bent. It was annoying until I figured out what it was.
