Right now my jeep has the standard fender flares but i want to put on bolt on fender flares. I have been looking online and no one seems to have them for the Liberty's. Is it possible to buy bolt on fender flares for a liberty? If so what would be a good place to buy them through?

Are you talking about the bolts that come with the renny?
I beleive thay are not actual bolts, it is only for looks.

The bolts on the renegade are just for looks, they attach the same as the regular flares. You can get them from dealers and online places

As for aftermarket like bushwacker or Lund no one makes crap for the Lib

As has been said already, unfortunately there are no aftermarket fenders for the KJ. A shame really.

Welcome to LOST though!!

how do aftermarket fender flares typically attach to the vehicle? do they just bolt to the fenders, or something more than that?

Depends on the vehicle most just screw onto the fenders, now with say wranglers and some of the "flat fender styles" they have it replaces the whole fender, thats what the KJ needs something to replace the whole current fender.
