I am not too good with pics - that is the front dif pinion seal right? On my 2002, the dealer charged me $125 to replace the seal.

No more than $200. I bought the seal from my stealer for like $30-$40. I did it myself but i think it pays like 1.5hrs at the most.

Not much at all. I have the same seal leaking on my Jeep but Ive not done anything about it. Might not be a bad idea to check the fluid level in the front diff.

The part itself costs around $10 but the labor is alittle much.

I think we paid right at $150-200 to have the pinion seal changed on a Cherokee of ours.

I may just let mine go for awhile.

Ohh, the power train warranty may cover it.

I had that leak the Dealer repaired it under warranty said the yoke was bad, replaced the yoke, seal, and pinion nut. 1.4 hours flat rate. Joe

sweet. hopefully the power train warranty will cover it.
if not, as long as im not looking at more than $300, im good.

it is the rear diff seal where the front d.s. goes in..

Seems like a recurring thing given all the repairs. I'm glad they started the lifetime powertrain warranty! :D
