Post subject:  Clicking sound!
Hey all, I was in 4wd just yesterday (cruising around on a friends farm) and I couldn't help but notice that there was a strange "clicking" sound coming from my front suspension. It wasn't loud, I could only hear it with my head out the window while moving slowly in 4 HI (never needed to go to 4LO). I can't help but suspect maybe something like the CV shafts. Also, I still haven't replaced my Ball Joints as per the recall. Anyone have any idea's as to what it could be?!

could be a CV or could be a stick stuck in a rim or tire or could be a stick stuck in a U-joint
replace the LBJ's before they fail

check your ball joints they could be going bad they tend to click/clunk while in 4wd and when you reverse and turn they will pop then stop once they seat...
