International Herald Tribune article on the recent spat of UBJ complaints. Heard about this just this morning and figured I'd see what I could find. |

Yes I heard about it on the news last night here in Toledo, said they were looking into it. The KJ I got the ARB off of was an 03 and he had UBJ go on him ( of course was using a OTT lift) If anything new comes out today here in town will post it later Tom |

that's a definite possibility now drybones! But let's say ya go new with Al's Upper A-arms and Moog Lower Balls Joints.. This latest possible recall is for the Upper Ball Joints now instead, so the problem if it exists in theory would still be there..right |

you can not replace the upper ball joints the whole arm has to be replaced |

What he is talking about is that Al's Arms come with serviceable Moog ball joints that would replace the UBJs on the stock upper control arms. |

I bet at least 75% or better of those UBJ failures are on lifted KJ's. |

If they issue a recall for a vehicle then lifted or not 200 miles or 200,000 miles they have to do it an can not charge you a dime extra I hope they do recall them that way I get new ones for free and dont have to worry about it |

I hope they do recall them that way I get new ones for free and dont have to worry about it |
