I am getting ready to do some upgrades/maintenance on my '02 KJ suspension.I'm going to make some control arms for the rear along with a new upper.Anyone have an idea of how much longer the lowers should be?The are going to be adjustable with Johnny Joints.Nuthing special but better than stock. And I'd like to just build and install.I hate stuff being apart longer than an afternoon. 8) Oh BTW I'm running a Frankie II for a lift.

Take the springs out so you can easily jack the axle up to see where the tire sits in the fender well. Right now mine hits on the little fender attached to the door and has plenty of room on the back side so it could easily move back a couple inches.

What are you going to do about the pinion angle? Make the upper A-arm longer too?

watch the driveline. idk how much slack it has in the slip joint.
