Post subject:  Clutch/Tranny problems...help!

I'm starting to think my '04 KJ was one of those trucks they slammed together on a Friday at around 4:30.... After numerous visits to the dealership (lifters, valve springs, slave cylinder, fuel pump, tranmission and clutch replacement - thank god for warranties) I'm getting close to wanting to sell the darn thing. I've had my tranny rebuilt twice and compltely replaced once. I just got it back from the dealer last week and it doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. Has anyone else had a stutter/chatter in their clutch when you're stopped, start going and shift into 2nd? Almost like a 'hot spot'. They keep replacing my first and second gears and putting some synchro thing in yet this doesn't seem to help. It gets worse in hot weather and when I'm driving in stop/start traffic.... At my wits end here.... Any input would be greatly appreciated!

X2
I had a '65 ford car that would burn through a clutch every 6 months
had 40K original miles on it an original owner told me it has been that way from day 1
found out that even if the alignment of the fly wheel and clutch to the tranny are off then it will not allow it to disengage
completely and burn up the clutch
holes in the bell housing were off
pulled a bell housing from a '65 Mustang ,Fords pride and joy at the time, with the same engine and tranny and it lasted 2 years on that clutch when I sold it for what I paid

I am not saying this is your problem but it caused the owner of this car to park it for 30 years
and then sell it for a steal
