Is there a specific location on our '04 front bumper I should punch through to mount 2 lights? I just ordered a pair of these:

And then realized I do not know if this type light with a mounting bolt will work ok with our bumper. I saw that Hella makes a light mount kit with molybolts in case you have no real support beneath your bumper skin.

it'll be fine... go through your bumper right where the tow hook mounts are/should be

well, we don't have tow hooks, but I'm guessing I can figure out where those would have been if I crawl under and look, right?

pull the grill skin, remove two screws and pull the bumper skin. Only takes about 20 min to remove, 5 to put back. Makes it pretty easy to get the holes right where you want them.

On a 2004 there are two holes on the bottom of the bumper, one on each side. they are 1 1/2 x3inches . When i mounted my lights i had to make a small bracket so the bolts would line up with with the holes in the bumper, I used a long 3/8s extension to put the nut on it.
