Can't I have the best of both worlds? Quiet & Stable? What do I need to buy or modify to resolve this problem? I'm new to this and appreciate the help from all you off roading vets.
The most likely culprit was the bolts on the links not being tightened down properly. I had this happen after I installed my daystar lift and it took me a bit to figure it out - got underneath and checked all the bolts, found that I had not tightened a couple (or they had worked loose). Re-torqued every bolt I could find and haven't had any noise out of them since. Just make sure that when you re-install the swaybar that your Jeep is on level ground and it should be a breeze.
Yep, this is correct. I've had mine work loose a couple times. Once right after I installed the lift, and once after about a 10" jump.

Re-torqued bolts/nuts and the noise went away both times.
