the best it the FRankenlift but it is expensive and it contains everything an OME lift is extremely good too but its not akit you would have to buy 4 coils and rear shocks and struts and it would cost about $650 shipped or a daystar spacer is $155 plus new rear shocks but not as good as a lift bc it is a spacer not a suspension like the other two |

i guess i should have asked, what type of budget are you looking at? and do you plan on doing a lot of hard off-roading? |

Lifts for a KJ range from $200(spacer lift) all the way to $25,000(full on custom SFA swap lift). |

well im looking to spend about 600 or less hopefully but if thats not possible than thats not a big problem. The lift is mostly for show with some minor of roading nothing to serious |

The lift is mostly for show with some minor of roading nothing to serious Go with some OME HD coils F/R(front-927's,rear-948's) and add some Rancho 17505 front struts and Rancho 17004 rear shocks(made for a unlifted Durango),you will get about 2.5"-3" of lift for less then $700.You may want to consider JBA's aftermarket UCA's to make sure you get back into alignment, there $400.

that's a good start! just add the "for now" after everything you say here. For instance, "I don't need a lift, for now" or "Really, I am not planning to off-road, for now" or "I only have $1500 to spend, FOR NOW" Get the point? If you love your KJ like most of us here, money spent is better left uncounted. Enjoy. |
