What is the this torque management mod i hear on other sites. Snip a yellow and green wire coming or going to the TCM? Has anyone done it and does it benefit over a BG pcm reflash? From what i understand torque management was designed to pull ignition timing when the trans shifts?

Since you have an '02 you have the JTEC computer. The B&G flash removes the torque management with your setup. Your shifts will be very different from stock by combining the B&G with your shift kit. You won't want to do the wire clip mod if you're going to get a flash.
