Hi Guys,

Looking for a good safari style roof rack for my '04 Libby Limited. Prefer of course black. Any help on where to go?

There a lot of choices out there. Most have the Cloeman and Black Widow racks (check ebay, they are plentiful). Other choices are the Defender rack like mine, or the RL Rack (very nice but $$$). About any 48x48 rack will work, find a style you like.

Typed Cloeman and Black Widow, RL Rack, on the bay, not a single one popped up? :-( Defender, just one ,but I do not like that one. Even typed in Jeep Liberty for a broad search, really not much to see.

Sorry should have been Coleman. Took a quick look and it is pretty bare there right now. The RL rack is only available from Rock lizard. http://www.rocklizardfabrications.com/L ... sories.htm

Did Find a Surco rack http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Surco-S4 ... dZViewItem

This one is an unbranded Coleman http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/New-Adve ... dZViewItem

Black Widow http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ROOF-RAC ... dZViewItem

Couple of others that have been used. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ROOF-RAC ... dZViewItem

That one will be a bit rougher choice.

Not all racks need them. Some will bolt directly to the rails like mine does. If you do need crossbars, you can pick up Mopar ones, I think they run around a hundred bucks. Or you can the home made ones for under 30. Look in the Fabrication Section for the how to.
