Hey, everyone!
darn - my memory is driving me crazy, cos I can´t find any info concerning those front strut upper plates, yet I know I´ve seen them here somewhere
Who was selling those?
Wasn´t there some blueprints / meas about those somewhere?

Just thaught to add a bit after OME.

Thanks for our help!

Are you looking for spacer or the actual upper strut plate. I'm guessing you are looking for spacer, then go to the link Logan posted.

May as well make your own anyway because rusty's doesn't know how to drill holes. I had to oblong one hole on each plate so the plate would fit over the 4 studs. I've heard other people having to do the same thing.

yes I installed a set on a customers KJ and had to drill out the two holes on each one, PITA!! but mine that I made went on pretty slick, the guy who cut them out messed up a little from my plans but they work great

Well - it´s good I didn´t order them Rusty´s - freight costs would have been 170 $ + all the taxes & EU xtras
Total might have been +200€!
So ahem - tommudd - I don´t suppose you would like to share your knowledge with me and send me some blueprints about those plates?

Can't you just fit 4 ring type spacers like the revtec lift does?

I know, not the same thing but less work.

If we do make them ourselfs...how thick a metal should we use?

Noob question.

Why do you need new upper strut plates? What does this accomplish? Why not just reuse the OEM's?

You do use the original strut plates this is just a flat 1/4 inch plate ( with 4 1/2 inch holes and one big hole in the center) that fits between the upper strut plate and the frame giving you another 1/2 inch of lift

Are they hand drawn drawings, or are they CAD Drawings? If they are CAD, just print to PDF using PDF995. It is free. Or you could save them as eDrawings. That is a free add on to most CAD systems and has a free viewer for anyone to view them. If they are hand-drawn, I wouldn't mind drawing them up in CAD and posting them for you...
