so i have OME HD springs all around, 3/8" clevis in the front, 1-extra rear isolator in the rear. and i would like my front to be just a little bit higher, maybe 1/2" to 3/4". would adding the frankenlift top plate and that spacer INSIDE the assembly make it TOO tall in the front? where could i get those individual parts and what are they exactly? ill be eventually getting the ARB bumper, hopefully within the next year or even 6 months, and would like it to sit even with that bumper or would i be better off just getting a spacer plate on top of the strut assembly. how tall of one should i get? 1/4"? 3/8"? |

with what you have now add a top plate like Rusty sells and you will gain 1/2 inch easy. Mines right there with a Frankenlift in heighth and has held my bumper for over 75000 miles. Or if you have some 1/4 flat steel I know where there is a pattern at to make one So build your own Frankenlift for a 100 or so or do it on the cheap with a top plate, or another suggestion SFA!!!! |

Do what tom said! 3 ring clevis and a 1/4" top plate and you should be sitting right with a frankie like him and I. If you put the daystar plate in with the frankie spacer and a 3 ring clevis say good by to you CV's. Or do a SFA like tom said! that wil put your front end a little higher |

JeepKJ02, how much lift did you end up with using the mediums? I keep thinking of going that way as I have no intention of every doing any bumper mods. Of course, I have to be able to fit MOABs with MTR's under it so I need to really make sure of things. |

You'll get more lift and if you do decide to add a bumper you wont sag as much....trust me you will, I never thought I wanted to add a bumper, but now I am!! To answer your question, I don't know how much lift I gained, but I can tell you that I am sitting 21" in the front and 23" in the rear (front center hub to bottom of fender flare). Slight clevis in the front and 1 additional rear upper isolator pad. |
