I found a seemingly good deal on a N.I.B. pair on eBay. Rusty's also has them on clearance for $100/pair.

My KJ has the stock front bumper. Will I still get the full 1.5" of lift?

they are listed on KJ country as well almost the same as stock rate, personally I would not mess with anything less than medium, not really worth it

40 bucks more and you have new 927s anyways

oh and the guy is selling them due to going to ......yes 927s

To be honest, as awesome as my HD's ride, there is no reason not to go directly to the 927s.

Would the Liberty's front still sag with the OME MD (925) front spings after installing an ARB bumper?

925s are the light duty
926s are the medium
so I assume you are asking about the mediums, yes they will, it is suppose to carry up to 150 lb more but fiqure in weight of skids etc and why even go there, GO H.D.s you will be glad you did

Good point about the skids. I wasn't thinking about added weight from other parts of the truck, and cargo. That's what I get for posting after the Tylenol PM kicks in!

Anyway, I hardly ever carry a load or passengers, so OME MD springs with Rancho RSX shocks is the direction I will probably choose.

Thanks!

I bought my mediums for the same reason. I found a good deal on them from a member on here. Regret ever doing that. Now, I'm getting a bumper soon, and have to ditch the mediums for the HDs. Do yourself a favor and get the HDs and be done with it!!

I'd go with the 947 OME HD's and the OME shocks perhaps... I've got them up front and the 948's(HD) in the rear, also got a strut top plate(8mm) up front to level out the ride pretty much. Best upgrade for a KJ IMO.

even with the OME HD springs if you add an ARB and winch you will lose 1/2-3/4 inch. i have the OME HD's and going to be selling them soon due to a OME 790 replacement :)... that should be enough to carry the extra weight.

Hmm.. didn't know about these 790's, certainly sounds like the best option if one's got the ARB bar and a Winch or if one's planning to get one in the future :D
