Is it possible to combine a spacer lift with a rustys offroad 2.5 inch lift if i order the bigger bumpstops and uca from jba if i shave my cv axles. im jusp pondering because im having a bumper fabricated so im allready going to order the 1/2 inch spacers for the top of my front struts. Just an idea |

one answer AGAIN this has been discussed a lot, into the ground really! if you have the time , money and like to work on your KJ and not drive it a lot, go for it otherwise buy things that work instead of creating a death trap sorry to be harsh but facts are facts plus if you are having a bumper built Rustys WILL NOT hold it up you need the OME heavy Duty 927s a spacer will not help at all thats only a band aid fix Stop and take the time to read up on here about lifts and the pros and cons before you spend money on parts that will not work and you will be back replacing them in no time. Enough said someone will now PM me that I was to hard on you so I will stop |

Why waste that money? spend it on a locker or something that will help once you have that 6" lift! |

i cant leave well enough alone first of all but as im sitting her at 3:30 in the morning looking at my jeep i was thinking what if i used a 1.5 rear spacer and jba's 2inch front cradle drop that would give me a temprary hight i required and still save me from running into isues with my front susp. and safety concerns |

My Grandfather always said to do things the right way and not to "half azz it" but its yours, you know the problems or should if you have done any reading at all on here. So what are you going to do for the rear, stack springs and spacers there as well 2 inch cradle drop...do you or have you thought what else that will effect on down the line in the driveline, each thing you change has a direct effect on the next thing in the drive line rear spacer, seems like someone tried that and ended up breaking parts, plus you then have the angles for you driveline WAY off and will need to do something with the upper and lower control arms Trust me I am not being an azz on this , just 30 plus years of building 4WDs with a lot of them ending up running 38 and 40 inch tires I have tried some dumb things and it cost me double the money in the end. I would like to have mine higher for cheap as well but would never do it stupidly nothing more to be said to be old and smart you have to at one time be young and dumb |
