It will work but, they don't have a working template for it. Basically, when it comes to cutting your bumper to fit over the back bone, you're kind of on your own. I opted to leave my fascia off, for a couple reasons: 1) I plan on welding some steel to the backbone te make a bumper, and 2) it looked like too much trouble to cut the reinforcement piece that goes under the fascia and still have it attach with the factory mounts (2 screws and a few rivets).

Heres one on my 05. Someone on here had a good write up for the installing on the +05 bumpers. I can't find it now. You basically cut out the crush baffles then cut a hole and slide the bumper over the backbone. If I had a do over I would have cut it straighter along the grille.

two questions: 1-will the detours front mount work with my RENEGADE big fog lights? 2-can you have both a front hitch and the detours mounted at the same time? |

Even the mounting point for them is removable. It doesn't look like they'd be in the way though. 2. Why would you need a front hitch if you had the backbone? It has a place for 2 shackles and a winch. Sounds better than a front hitch. |
