Anyone else try this yet? It's big with the Neon crowd and is working well for me.

Nice, I've been running them for about a month Hella Bulbs in both the Headlights and Fogs. You ever have any problems with the Fuse not being heavy enough? I haven't but have heard of some ppl having to go up 5 amps

Nope no problems, though for about a year I did not run my fogs since I cut that part of the bumber out for clearance for my 265/75's.After installing the ARB bumber I reinstalled my fog's into the ARB,I had the fog connectors just zip-tied up and out of the way and they had some corrosion in them which lead to one connector getting partially melted due to poor connection.I replaced the both connectors and have not had any trouble since.

Yep the extra lighting has made a big difference especially out on those backroads at night. The stock fog reflectors throw a lot of light into the ditches, and with the extra kick of the upgraded bulbs you really get a good field of view.

What bulbs are available for the fogs and (this is a noob question sorry to steal a thread) but why convert? to use different bulbs? more options? I recently got silver star ultras for my driving lights and live how white it is, and now I want my fogs to match... can I just put silverstar ultras in there?

And further more... If all this is what I think, making it so you can run bigger/better bulbs in your foglights, and 9005 is the bulb type, then I think the silverstar ultras are avaiable in that size... so how would I do the conversion?

To convert to the 9005 Style you have to cut one of the Tabs off of the 9005 locking ring. You will know which one to cut off after you try them in there the first time. The locking tabs look like the same but they are in slightly different spots.
