HI i was wondering if you could put the aftermarket TJ lamps ( like IPF, or whatever) in the KJ for better lighting upgrade? |

Well you can replace the bulbs. I don't think aftermarket TJ bulbs would be any better than aftermarket KJ bulbs. I believe the bulbs in the liberty are 9007. You can get aftermarket lights, like Hella, or PIAA, but those arnt specific for TJs, there generic, you could put them on a corvette if you really wanted. |

I changed my headlights to silverstar ultras, best headlight I've used. You can use 9005 silverstar ultras for fogs but it requires slight modification to the plastic on the bulb, nothing big though. As far as extra lights, on the roof or bumper, most people get Hella 500s, I guess there cheap at the walmart in the USA or on Amazon.... |

Sorry i think i might have misworded this. I mean actually replacing the whole light housing. Can a Aftermarket TJ light housing fit in place of the KJ one. Only reason i ask is the IPF TJ headlamps and bulbs are tons brighter than kjs aftermarkets. |

I mean, bulbs are sold by type, the 9007 bulb on the kj, was the same bulb I had on my mazda if I remember....

Alright, thanks guys does IPF have bulbs for the kjs? I will post pictures up tomorrow or they day after! We got some really nice pics of your rig
