Has anyone dealt with these guys before, for parts? Is it me? Anyways I went to their website and ordered , a set of ns131 struts/ 927 springs front only 478.00.(was gonna buy rear later when more cash flow avail) Payed for with credit card(money has not yet been charged to it ). Received an order # and was awaiting on shipping calcs. So I found a set at quadratec HD kit for 749.99 +shipping( just springs shocks/ struts front and rear.) Which I thought may be better deal then 900- 1100 from ALL J's etc. because I dont need the spacer plates and bump stop etc. I have these things already. Anyways I call OME toll free # its been changed, I call the Int.# its a msg. machine(Yes I left mesg) I email them but I have gotten no response at all in any way shape or form. It's been what 12 days, can't they communicate in some form in this time frame? Their auto email response says that they will get back to you within 24 hrs. |

Yea thats what most people are using for their lift, I went through Dirk at DPG Off-Road, the coils from him are only $72 each and then I went with Rancho shocks all around since they are good and cheaper. |

I didn't know anyone who ordered directly from ARB, so many dealers out there to order from. If you want a direct phone number let me know I have it. Front struts and springs alone was 478 |

And IPF, so far as I know. Or at least associated with each other. There is an ARB USA website - or was I thought... but ARBSeth should be able to fix you up at least with the info you need. |

I just got off phone with ARB/OME, They said that they sold the ome.com rights to a guy a while ago and have not heard from him in quite some time making them believe that he has gone out of business. And that to stop/ dispute payment if it were necessary. And order thru another vendor. That's what I am doing, and thanks for all the help guys |

ThunderbirdJunkie's take on it is... If you're buying shocks and springs seperately, you're not saving much over buying a front frankenlift. May as well, ya know? $150ish for the springs, $200ish for the shocks...$500 for a preassembled front Frankenlift from All J's. |

Actually front OME shocks are 151.each so 302 then front springs 151.55 pair so 453, or front springs and Ranchos for 331 ( prices from ALLJs ) other deals can be found |

Well that's guaranteed to muddy the waters... questions about whose brand it is, and who makes the product perhaps? I'd hate to see that brand damaged, it currently is well recognized for quality. |

You are right just the rights to the dot com domain name. OME is STILL OME sorry if this was confusing. I have to admit I thought the same but David one of the the reps at ARB cleared it up for me. |

I live in the Seattle area. I have a connection with them. For the most part they are very good guys. Nobody's perfect though. |
