Need to replace the rear lower control arm bushings and can not find any Polyurethane type, just regular rubber.
Was this rear lower control arm from 02-06 the same on any other models ie TJ or?
I can not believe energy suspension did not make these bushings in Polyurethane for Liberty.
Does anyone know if there are any available elsewhere?

No poly bushings avaliable for the KJ. Troy (TJKJ) would tell you that it is better/easier to replace the whole arm as a piece than to press out/replace the bushings.

I always thought about making my own arms with a heim joint at one end and a solid poly bushing at the other. But I don't have the skill or equipment for that.

It may be easier and more expensive to replace the whole control arms, but you still end up with the OEM parts.
I have a local 4x4 shop that can press in the new bushings and hopefully that will work better than OEM. If not, I will search for replacement adjustable arms, and also redo the upper tri-link.
I asked energy suspension to consider making the bushings with almost a million KJ's that need them. Or even better make some stronger new arms!

I used DAYSTAR bushings for my sway bar. Maybe they also make them for what you need.

I'm looking for the same thing. My sway bar bushings are shot and I'd rather go aftermarket than OEM.

Got a letter back from Energy Suspension today, and the good news is that currently the R&D dept in San Clemente California is looking for 2005-06 KJ's to fit free goodies onto !!!! Man I wish I was in California.
Will look forward to their products, and will do a separate new posting for those in Cali to get there free goodies now !!
I ordered 4 LCA rear bushings from Spicer today.

JBA sells quick disconnect sway bar end links.

Thanks, I've been looking at them, just trying to justify the extra cost since I'm sure I'll never disconnect them. But it might be the way I go.
