| Post subject: | OEM CRD Rear Spring Rate |
I have seen all of the other spring rates listed. Are the Rear springs on the CRD the same springs as the Rear on the gassers? I know stock gasser fronts are 310 lb springs. Are the rear stock springs also 310? |

LTT I've been down that road  Yes the rears are the same! Front CRDs are 410 OME HDs are 400. Stock rear gassers and CRDs the same

I would think the rear would have a lower spring rate, because there is not as much weight. |

I believe the rear OME 948's(HD coils) is about 200lbs spring rate. |

Sorry for any confusion!As far as the spring rate? Not sure of the actual rate. CRD rear coils are the same as the gassers. No difference. |

Rear OEM KJ gasser coils only rate at 150 lbs. I believe. |

That makes sense. If OME HD rear springs are 200, 150 sounds about right for the OEM. I wasn't so much concerned about the actual spring rate. I was just curious if the CRD had a heavier rear spring. Didn't think they would be different. But thought I would ask to see. Thanks for all the input! |
