strut plate spacers, define please, you can do a clevis on almost any lift there is depending on the type of front shock will make some difference but you should be able to just let me know a little bit more of what kind of lift you have already |

Rusty's Offroad 2.5" - Front & Rear Coil Springs - Long Travel Gas Struts - TwinTube Hydro Shocks - Strut Plate Spacers 1/4' metal plate mounted on top of the strut plate thats supposed to level out the front suspension bc of the added wieght of the ARB and winch |

I think the bigger concern is that he appears to be running an ARB bumper with a set of Rusty's 310 lb springs. MF, it appears that you are saying that you already have a 1/4" strut plate mounted on top of each strut to compensate for the extra weight of the bumper, correct? You are asking if doing a clevis lift will help in addition because you are still getting sag? While the clevis lift will help some, the main problem appears to be that you are using springs that are too light for the application in question. You might want to consider replacing them with a set of OME Medium or Heavy Duty front springs which will compensate for the additional front end weight better. |

i say head the HD way. i have nearly no extra weight on my jeep and my ride quality was SO much better than the rusty's springs. i dont want to be another band wagoner but ome hd's are darn good. plus you wont nose dive hard when you stop and you will have cornering abilities you dont have with rustys. |

i'm a bit more concerned with him beating his cv's to death during break-in with 2.5" + ontop of OME springs that tend to be at or over 2" atleast prior to break in |

I didnt wanna say anything about the weight of the bumper when not using HD springs. I didnt wanna offend anyone, some ppl can get a little touchy and might think they are getting criticized |

Yes with the Rustys springs you are going to have to bite the bullet and get some real lift springs in there. A clevis will help you for a 1000 miles maybe then back to the same Like has been mentioned above go with the OME 927s or do like some who have the ARB and winch and go to the OME 790s which is for the CRD ones yours now are 310 lb OME 927s are 400 lb OME 790s are 500 lb |

Yeah, go with at least the OME HD ones, the OME CRD (790's) would be better since you are running a winch, probably around 200lbs on the front end of your Jeep. |
