I have the BDS lift and I have been thinking about bumpers. Does anyone know the exact spring ratings? I have read that the fronts are at 410 lbs and the rear at 210lbs? If those numbers are correct could I do a bumper with out getting sag? Any input would be great besides " get an OME lift"

I would call BDS and ask them what the spring rating is, if its the same or better than OME MD then you should be ok

Yeah I talked to a rep about the EMu and they said for the MD its 375 F and 170 R and for the HD its 410 F and 200 R. So if the 410F 210R for the BDS is true I should be in good shape. I will post back once I get an answer from the email on what they say they are rated at.
