Is it possible, safe, to take a OME MD or HD rear spring and put a 3/4in spacer under it? I have a friend who has some laying around and since my rear springs are starting to sag, I was going to go to OME MD or HD rears and leave the stock fronts for now. Would it be a possible fit or no?

Possible yes... But you want to keep an eye on your drive line angle and at you rear ball joint on the tri-link. It amy or may not be to much especially when flexed.

Spacers should be installed on the top of the spring, going too high on the lower will cause the spring to pop out.

and if you go too high you will be rubbing your tires on the front of the fender flares. Too much lift on stock rear control arms will do that, you could get some longer ones if you really wanted to

Rubicon Express TJ arms are adjustable and bolt onto the KJ.
