I finally decided to put the KK 2008 clevis's on the KJ tonight I started up with these measurements : Clearance at low point of front skid 6 7/8" ground to fender lip @ wheel center 32 1/4" Axel slope up at hub about 3 degrees

KJ clevis left KK clevis right in red measurements: KJ clevis 8 1/2" to hole center. KK clevis 8 15/16" to hole center = 7/16" Hope for 1" lift

In progress. The KK uses M14 hardware for clamp bolt larger than KJ's

Nice job, but let me point out 2 things you missed out on, one, the small fork perches you see on the KJ fork that are not on the KK fork are needed to support the fork and equalize the pressure on the lower outside busshing and the main bolt. those perches were designed to ride on the steel sleeve inside the busshing. Second, depending on how many miles you have on the KJ 25,000 to 30,000 the stock springs are on the way out, and in a short period of time you will be right back where you started from. Not being negative , just giving you experienced advise. Otherwise Enjoy. :)

I noticed that but looked and found that the KK has the same setup for bushing and bolt at the lower end of clevis so I went for it and trusted the Jeep engineers. Also looked at a KK in our parking lot.
