Post subject:  Buyer Beware

Hi all,
I was just reading the thread titled Bumper Nightmare and it made me think that maybe there should be a "buyer beware" sticky. Just something that lists the vendor's name and a brief description of problems people have reported, such as; item never received, no contact from vendor, etc.

I just might save some of us from repeating history and making the same mistakes with vendors over and over.

Just a thought.

Caveat Emptor!

Just like is stickied in all the trading post sections. For (I hope) obvious reasons The Forum won't recommend one company over another. Individual members are more than happy to share their views and experiences. Do your research, use the search function and make your own judgements. The info on most KJ related business, there business practices, customer support, and quality are all over this site. RRO and All J's are fine examples. One is well known for poor quality products, poor business practices, bashing competition, and not fulfilling orders but people buy from them anyway, the other has an excellent history, has dedicated a lot of time in support of the KJ, and superb customer service, with top notch quality, yet people steer away because they are more expensive than the competition.

The particular bumper/manufacturer that you mentioned has been beat to death here for nearly 2 years... If someone buys with out doing their research then...
