I was driving through a small creek and got caught up in alot of wet rock, i couldn't get out in 2 wheel so I threw it in 4 high and I did nothing at all it was like it was in neutral. I put it in 4 low and it jumped right out, can my 4 high have a problem and my 4 low not? |

did it do the same when you went back through from 4-lo to neutral to 4-hi? i've had it jump out of 4-hi because i didn't pull it back all the way but even then when it pops out of 4hi it goes back to regular ol 2wd |

If you have select trac then you simply didnt allow it to go into 4hi. Best to put it into 4wd before you get stuck. |

i experienced the exact same thing last week (only mud, not rock). haven't had the time to investigate any further. I have the 242 transfer case so I might have had it in full time and not realized it. |
