I installed my lift in August and just recently went out to Rausch Creek, first time really wheeling with the lift. My Libby is now uneven on the drivers side front and back. I contact Rocky Road Outfitters, who I purchased it from. Glen the owner said, "Yeh, doesnt look right, might be a warranty issue." Well, he hasn't given me any info on who to contact or my next step. Anyone expierence anything like this with their suspension? |

A lot of the dealers work with vastly different levels of experience in their customers and might not offer to walk you through a warranty process unless you ask for just that. If RRO thinks it's a warranty issue, you should give them a chance to do you right or tell you who you should contact. Alternatively, you can contact ARB: http://www.arbusa.com/Contact-Us/9.aspx. They might want you to work with your dealer P.S. Sorry your lift is broken.. Dan |

Absolutely stated that I needed to know the process of getting this issue resolved, didnt respond and I emailed him again on what I need to do. That's pretty s*itty customer service to not and give me a number or direction on how to get this resolved, especially since I purchased alot more than just a lift from them. dgeist wrote: ridah011 wrote: I contact Rocky Road Outfitters, who I purchased it from. I often find phone calls to be more effective than email.

I would not even mess with RRO, their Customer service ends ( it seems in most cases) as soon as they ship a product out Call ARB and talk to Marc Bowers Tech Supervisor, 425-264-1391, ( marc@arbusa.com) I have talked with him before and I am sure he will help you out. OME springs have a 2 year 24,000 mile warranty. What he will need is a measurement on each corner from the bottom of the flare to center of the wheel and also photographs will help as well. Also where you bought them, date and when you installed . He may ask what else you installed as well such as clevis lift, top spacer etc. |

RRO has a horrible reputation. Many consider them one step above thieves.

It would have anything to do with the fact the my disconnects are off right now? I really don't think that would be why, but I figured I asked. |

That was three years ago, now. I don't even put them above thieves. Having the disco's disco'd shouldn't make it sit unlevel. |

Did you check to make sure that all four coils were in their proper rotation?? You know how the ends have a slot that they go in?? Well if the coil gets out of rotation that could make one sit higher than the others, causing your problem. I'd check that first, it's easy to do!! If that's not the case, ARB has excellent customer service. They won't let you down. |
