I'm still having a LOT of problems. If you remember I had a banging in the front drivers side. The axle shaft AND the 1/2 axle need to be replaced! They changed the 1/2 shaft and said I could take her home for the weekend and Monday the axle shaft would be in. Well, when I hit 25mph she started banging real hard. I think the new 1/2 shaft wasn't meshing with the worn out axle shaft. I turned around and took it back. I'm about ready to trade it off! Get a used Cherokee and build. Terry |

dibs on purchasing your front and giving you my stocker to replace it with... In all seriousness, why would they think that that would work? |

Agree with Jayme for sure, no way should they of put the intermediate shaft in with the used CV, Should of just left the CV/intermediate shaft, out would not of hurt anything for a couple of days. I have some vacation time Terry want me to pack up and come down for a while and get you going again? |

What are you sitting at now Terry? Middle of wheel to bottom of flare? What spacers did you add? Is there a good off road shop in Jacksonville is there, well and do they know anything about Liberty's I guess would be the big question. |

I'm at 22 1/2" in the front with 3 spacers in the "clevis lift". I used the conduit nuts for spacers. There is an off road shop in Jacksonville but they were not any help when I had the lift put in. Some of their suggestions were way off. So I'm guessing they don't know the KJ's. Terry |

your cv angle was that off at 22 1/2 ?? theres plenty of us at that range, i think they were just talking over their screw up sending you home without removing the shaft for the time being |

Yes I'm sitting over 23 right now and while pretty much I would say at the top of the range your 22.5 is great. I ran that much for 75,000 miles at least so no way is that too high! I wish you were closer to one of us Terry that could help you some. |

I know what you guys are saying. With all the Franky lifts out there, not to mention the OME setups, there are a ton at the same angle. I have 83K miles on her odometer, plus a lot of miles getting towed behind the motorhome. My guess would be the total is close to 100K miles. Lifted miles would probably be around 30K miles. I would have to check my paper work to know for sure. None of this should have caused this much trouble. Terry |
