| Post subject: | Anyone deal with All J Products????? |
I ordered a budget lift for my Liberty through them over a month back and every time I call them to ask when it will be here they keep telling me one more week, one more week. I've about had enough. Has anyone had the same experience? Should I just be getting my money back? They tell me this time that is a hold up on Daystars end.

If Heather and Quinn are telling you it's a hold up on Daystar's end.... I would trust that it's a hold up on Daystar's end.... |

I got my lift from All J's & never experienced any problems. They were very professional in my opinion. |

This is the email I recieved from Heather. Hi Randy, I completely understand your frustration. We have been in contact with Daystar regarding the huge delay of these parts - we have several customers who are patiently waiting for them just as you have been. We call Daystar at least twice a week for an update and we have done everything we can to stay on top of this for you and the others who are waiting. I sincerely appologize for their delay and wish there was something more I could to help speed them along, short of manufacturering their parts for them. So the one thing I was able to do extra for you was to make sure that your kit would be the first one to ship out - since you have been waiting the longest. We spoke with Daystar again yesterday and they did confirm that YOUR kit is the first kit that is scheduled to ship out as soon as the poly parts that are currently being built are cured and packaged for shipment. They have told us that they expect to start shipping the kits next week. Again, we understand your frustration, as we are just as frustrated with them not shipping out these kits more quickly (as we were told by Daystar that your kit was supposed to ship out on 1/14 when we first placed your order, then they changed it to 1/28, then to 2/8 and now to 2/16). So please know that we are on top of this and doing all we can - especially by calling them very frequently to make sure that they know we need these kits shipped out. I have also informed Daystar's Management of this delay because they need to know what a problem this is creating for our mutual customers. Diana said that she did speak with you this morning, but if you would like to speak with me personally, I would be more than happy to give you a call. Just let me know. Thanks again for your patience, understanding, and knowing that WE, All J Products, are doing all we can to make sure your kit is shipped to you very soon. Thank you, Heather Thomas |

Are their people who don't realize that this is All-J's forum? I have done business with them and I'd recommend them to anyone ( and have. ) |

I have ordered stuff from them before and haven't had a problem. But I will say that I emailed Daystar to ask for some Daystar decals for my rig and they said it would be out in a week. They never showed up so I emailed again and got the same response - "give us about a week." Still no decals... |
