I have the BDS system right now and im looking to modify it to a 4inch system because its sagging bad. Then Again I beat the piss out of it. Im running the 2inch lift coils in the front with rancho shocks. Would I be able to swap out that shock for the blistein 4inch shock(Al's) and add a daystar riser for the spring? In My head this works but you guys always know best. I assume ill have to extend my brake lines and cut my CV joints which im totally prepared to do. Is there a thread that goes into better detail about cutting them?

If you say they are saggin, why spend the money on a daystar puck, top plate or whatever spacer? Just save up a couple extra $$$ and get either new OME 927's springs or a few others are now running the OME 790 diesel springs on their gassers. That will give you back your height and probably a better ride.

i'm not looking to regain the height...im looking to move to a 4 or 5 inch system. I like how soft my coils are now so if I could keep them it would be best... that why im considering a spacer and longer shock

Oh, I thought you were just wanting to re-gain height back the saggin springs had lost.
I know of a long lost member, swmpthing, actually lives about 5 miles form me, tried the spring and spacer thing on his, had about 5" lift but was constantly replacing broken parts, he removed spacer and dropped it back down.
Even with cut CV's I doubt 5" will survive, 4" maybe doable. You may have to resort to a cradle drop, but then you are losing clearance.

So your 2" lift is sagging which means you may only have about 1" of lift add the puck and you may get 3" to 3 1/2. Watch out for stacking on the spring.

If the springs are already sagging then adding a spacer would be like wrapping duct tape around your worn out running shoes, will last a few days but then in the end its time for new. Would be a waste of time and money.
4 inches is easy to do, I'm running that now with no real problems. Or right at that since it seems most consider 19 inches as stock ( average) and I'm over 23 so its doable with out trying to do what you have suggested.
Going to 5 will not gain you anything really at all. With the gearing we have ( only 4.10s wihih you need for 32's) and the front diff, 32 inch tires is about it as far as having something reasonable to drive everyday

Im at 20 1/2 in the front and 22 in the rear. If I could get it up 23 or 24 I would be psyched because im looking for a specifically narrow tire that only comes in a 31.6 height. I have two conduit nuts in the front with the BDS system and have Rusty's plates which i have not yet installed. If I were to swap out these sagging coils for OME's and installed that plate with the three conduit, do you think I would be able to clear that tire size with room for travel.

I am running a tire about that size with no problems ( 265-75-16)
going to 24 inches you'll need to spend the big bucks
staying 22.75 to 23 you'll have no problems with the CVs
any higher and you'll need cut CVs which are sort of expensive.
Also with a tire that size you'll want to regear to 4.10s
no matter what any one says unless you live where it is flat land you'll need to regear

using OME 927s
1/4 inch top plate
3 to 4 conduit nuts
yes you'll be about 22.50 or so after it settles in
for the rear you'll need 948, two extra top isolators, 2 inches of bump stops ( 2 hockey pucks per side) also you'll need 2 Teraflex bumpstops for the front
