After Big "O" Tire not being able to put the kit on, I went to 4 Wheel Parts. They had no problem doing it, BDS Lift kit Front: Before lift. 18" After lift 21" Both sides. Bilstein F4-BE5-D916-HO Front struts. Terraflex extended front bumps stops. 2 Conduit nuts each side. Rear: Before. Drivers side 17 3/4" Pass. 18" After. Driver side 20 1/2" Pass. 21" 3 Isolators each side. 2 Hockey pucks each side. Don't know how to post pictures, but Here is the link to Photobucket: http://s710.photobucket.com/albums/ww102/jsndrsn/Lifted%20Jeep/ |

The bottom one makes his KJ look lower so is it a before/after thing only reversed? Looks good either way.

Did you do any measuring to see how much you gained or just where it's sitting at now? |

Looks way better for sure. 265-75s will never clear at 21 inches, you'll have to do some additions to your lift by then ( upgrade!! |

Looks good. I'm a new KJ owner. I've been trying to find a place to get mine lifted, I don't currently have a place to do it myself and my comfort level after looking it over isn't exceptionally high. Were you pretty happy with 4 Wheel Parts? Were they pretty reasonable? |

Were you pretty happy with 4 Wheel Parts? Were they pretty reasonable? Very easy to do a lift on a KJ Throw a lift party, there's enough people around you to have one. Lost count of how many we have done just across the border from you. I've done a bunch here in my garage from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, West Virginia. For what you pay a place like that you can buy other things that you'll "just have to buy" for your Jeep! |

I've been checking out this forum for some time now while I tried to find the right KJ. I didn't feel right joining until I was an owner.

Went off-roading on the 22nd, and I am very pleased with the ride and the handling. I can go faster now than I could with the old suspension, and don't have to worry as much about scraping the undercarriage. |
