My girls jeep just started having an issue when you take off from a stop. When you take off, sometimes, it will hesitate as if the tracktion control kicks on, some times the TC light will even flash a little. I ran it up to the dealer today and they could not replicate the problem, so my girl took one of the techs for a ride and was able to get it to happen. They checked everything but were not able to come up with any codes or anything so the just up dated the software and sent us on our way. On the way home from the dealer it started doing it again and noe when you put the shifter into drive it takes 2-3 seconds before it engages. :banghead: I think that it is a bad wheel speed sensor but I thought they should pick that up on the computer. i unpluged the ABS pumo fuse and it has stoped the hesatation for now but I need to get it fixed. has anyone else had simillar problems? any help is appretiated, thanks. and sorry for the poor spelling I'm doing this quick on my break. :D

Is it doing this in the rain? Or at any time including on dry pavement. Press the button on top of the steering wheel and see if that stops it. If it still does it then you may have other issues.

Does it do it when starting out straight from a red light? Or when pulling out and turning?

it does it on dry pavement, usually when accelerating from a rolling stop, I pushed the button and it still does it but I pulled the ABS pump fuse and it has stopped.

if the TC light is kicking on, are your tires worn unevenly perhaps?
