So I have a 02 and I really really really hate the radio in it, So I found a radio from an 08 dodge nitro. could anybody tell me if it will fit or show me where I could find out? |

Don't quote me, but if you are willing to cut, it will. You have either a single Din or a 1.5 Din radio and I know for a fact that the KA radio is a double din radio. I think there was a tech write up about this last year.......... |

alright, heck ill do what I gotta do I havent decided if i wanna go with trying to put in a newer radio or go aftermarket and put a system in it. |

i would go after market, especially over a factory nitro radio |

Well I am putting a lot of thought into it I just dont know how much i really want to put in a system and if i go aftermarket then i will want a system, but if i go with a stock newer radio it has the aux cord plug in so i can still jam my ipod. idk ill come to a decision with in the next couple of days |

depending on if your 02 has a six cd changer or not , an ipod/satellite radio can be installed through an adapter in the back of the head unit using that plug. on the other hand I just got done putting in four new speakers and an amp and I gotta say aftermarket stuff is where its at. |
