My 2003 KJ has nearly 97K miles on it, and the front springs are groaning like crazy and have sagged. I will be replacing them soon with Old Man Emu model 926 (medium duty) and removing the front Daystar 1.5" spacers. Can I get by with replacing only the front coil springs while leaving the rear factory springs and 2" spacer in place? Based on what I've read about spring rate/height, I expect the OME926 front springs will give me a level ride with an all-around 2" of lift over stock height? I don't want handling to become any sloppier than it is, but my impression is that the struts and front springs contribute more to handling than rear.

Thanks,
T.J.

Rear springs wear out just as much as the fronts
Replacing the front shocks and springs will help a lot of course but I would do all 4 to have a great ride and handling. You would be able to notice the difference.
