ok guys new to the forum I have a 2003 liberty 4x4 v6 the cooling fan does not work so it is over heating that much I know but at the plug were the fan plugs in I have between 5 and 6 volts even with key off it is only a 2 wire plug blue (hot) black (ground) I think any ideas on the odd voltage deal and is that maybe why the fan is dead now thanks for any help
