I've found an arb bumper locally really good price. Its for the 2002-2005. Anyone know if this has been done?
Anyone know how to get the mounting hardware for cheaper than $300 from arb?

ARB manufactures bumpers for the '02-'04 model years and the '05-'07 model years. A bumper for an '04 will not look right on an '05. I'm sure that it'll fit but because of the changes to the turn signal lamps the earlier bumpers will look "off" on an '05-'07.

So, ask if the bumper is for an '02 to '04 or for an '05 to '07. Easiest way to tell the difference between the two models is the foglight opening in the bumper.

If by mounting hardware you mean nuts/bolts/washers. Get them from a Fastenall or Lowes... if you mean that the bumper subframe is missing, get it from ARB.
