The front suspension of my 2005 KJ makes a grinding noise. It is only in a sharp turn (left of right). What could this be? |

My noise turned out to be a typical Liberty problem. Where the axle shaft and cv assembly connect the splines strip. I had a grinding noise till they seperated and became a loud thump thump. Which is undrivable till replaced. |

I say this because when I had my stock rims at stock height with 245/70r16 general grabber AT2s I had the same issue but all it was for me was the tire rubbing the wheel well/fender flare. I would turn the wheel to full lock and either have someone check or put it in park and see if possibly thats the cause of the noise. |
