ok this past winter when i went from 4hi to 2hi my part time light stayed on now if i got it in 4hi it goes off and 2hi its on..Anything i can do to make it go off?Or work the way its supposed to? thanks for any info |

Spray some PB Blaster on the cable linkage going back to the transfer case, ( looks like a spring) 03CDKJ did that to his after having the light on for two years and it took care of it. Worth a try anyways |

LOL, I left mine like that. I was in 4 hi and hit a few good bumps and the low light decided to stay on after that. It stayed like that for about 8 months then went back to normal. I never had any adverse issues with the light being on. It still would shift between Hi, Lo and N so I did not care. Yours maybe different though. |
