While changing the intermediate shaft, I accidentally hit the boot of a front lower ball joint. I tried gluing it with no success and now the ball joint is leaking it's grease a bit at a time. I was wondering if anybody wouldn't have a spare boot for sale, These are the chrysler oem. I know they're not that great but it would save me a lot of work if I could just change the boot. Also, I wanted to know if I can change the ball joint on just one side at a time of if I change one side, I have to do both.

Thanks.

i nicked my boot and bought a whole new CV joint because they dont sell boots. i tried everywhere and i got the joint from autozone for 70 dollars. they had to order it ..took about 3 days so i put some hardcore puddy on the boot to hold til i got the cv joint cus it was spewing crap everywhere all in my flare and whatnot. they dont have just a boot.

and u can do one side and not the other its no big deal. if u do get the whole cv joint and do it yourself make sure you phase it correctly.
