Okay, a couple of nights ago my engine light came so the next morning I went to go get it fixed. My mechanic said it was reading TPS which I think it said the trigger pressure sensor or something. I replaced that which cost an arm & a leg and then started up fine the few times I started it that day. Then, today I tried to start it up and it wouldn't! It started clicking and then nothing. The lights work and the stereo works. I do have remote start but even that made it click. I added gas cause I was extremely low on that and that didn't help any. So...can anybody help me? Of course, I am pretty mad cause I have been have a few problems with the jeep lately. But anyways, any help is appreciate. It is probably a simple thing to figure out for everyone up here. Oh and sorry for the long read. =/

sounds like a borderline dead battery

put a charger on it at 2A for a couple hours or jump it and take it to autozone/advance/orileys and get them to test the battery

I agree. Just had the same exact problem and needed a new battery.

I'd say it's the battery as well.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't TPS=Tire Pressure Sensor. I've had problems with mine in the past and they made the low tire light come on but not the engine light. I wonder what they actually did to your Jeep at the mechanic?

Thanks for all the responses! I am going to jump start it tomorrow and take it to Autozone. I do have a tire pressure sensor out too and it does keep my tire light on but I am getting that fixed in a couple of days too. I heard it was something that didn't need to be rushed, right? Or is it really important? Anyways, the mechanic fixed the throttle position sensor. Sorry about the crazy wrong name. Thanks again for all the help!

Your thinking of TPMS, Tire Pressure Monitoring System.

Hey guys thanks again for the help! It turned out to just be the battery. It was pushing out only 262 out of 600. I think for the originally battery it did pretty good. =]
