I just installed a 2.5" Daystar lift, 255/70R16 General Grabber tires, 16x8 Mamba MR1 wheels and Sensa Trac Shocks and Struts. My jeep rode perfect before and now it vibrates like no tomorrow. Is that common with a lift and bigger tires? Ive had an aligment too. Nothing seems to help. Wheels balanced ect. |

get the wheels RE-balanced they either screwed up balancing them the first time, or, one or more of the tires are out of round the lift / alignment etc really has no relation to a road vibration so don't let them try to tell you that's what it is either if you have a torque stick, or even a 3/4 ratchet, make sure your lugs are on and tight (not overly tight - talking 80-90ft/lbs) wouldn't be the first time hearing of a couple wheel lugs being loose after an align + balance or tire install |

The tires are brand new so I hope they're not out of round. Thanks for the info. I think Im going to take them somewhere and have them rebalanced. |

Doesn't matter if they are brand new there can still be an issue with them. They may not of balanced them properly, one tire may not of been popped out on the wheel when they mounted it, several things could lead to the vibration. Could even be a bad wheel |

X3 Re-balance. Did you hit the mud after installing and might have a bunch of mud or rocks caked to the inner rim? |
