I just ordered a Frankenlift for the wifes KJ. When I called I talked to a female, I did not get her name because I'm a dufus. But she was one of the nicest and most helpful person that I've dealt with over the phone in a long time. She made sure to anwser all my questions and told me where to look for installation instructions. If the type of service I got over the phone is any indication of the quality of the lift I know that I will be happy with it and will be a repeat customer. To put things in perspective I've ordered alot of parts from alot of places for my other truck so I have alot of experience with crappy service. Just a newbie giving props when due. :D

I would expect nothing less from All J Products. IF anything, One of All J's weaknesses (Especially Quinn) is they love to chat and be helpful on the phone (Keeps him from being Otherwise productive  )

All J's is run by some real down to earth folks that Really dig the KJ and love L.O.S.T. they have been supporting the KJ since the early days and have worked hard to support KJ WEST and this forum. They have supported the L.O.S.T. Moab run since the beginning and also KJ WEST's June Big Bear event and Many of our other club functions such as Lift partys and club meetings. They are also still working on new goodies for the KJ's, some to be announced in the future.

Thanks ALL J! :D

I'll second that! And Quinn has been very helpful as well. I spoke with Heather last Friday to order Boulder Bars, but I decided to wait and think - missing the current production run. Well, I frantically called Quinn yesterday and he said "no problem, I'll just switch the extra set of model year '02-'04 bars I was making to an '05 set for you."

I just ordered my Frankenlift today and Heather was great I called yesterday to get shipping options and she took the time to take my name and info so that everything got held for me. I called the next day and once again I got nothing but timely, patient, and wonderful service. I know the guys and gals there read this so.... Many kudos to a great business. Makes me wish I live out there so I could attend more of there events.

WOW! :D

I have to say "Thank YOU!" I don't often get time to cruise the LOST boards these days (busy working hard)..after the seemingly endless phone calls, voicemails, and the emails dropping in all the time for advice, questions and orders -- I sure am exhausted by the time I get home -- and Quinn usually doesn't leave the shop until 11pm or midnight...only to be back the next morning by 7am. So he doesn't get as much time as he'd like crusing the KJ board these days either.

But coming to the site tonight and seeing posts like these certainly make me feel GREAT!

Quinn and I (as well as all others in the All J Team) know helping all of our customers (who we think of more as fellow Jeepers, not simply customers) is our top priority and we spend a lot of time with each of you, whether it's on the phone, email or in person at the shop. It sure is nice to see a thread like this one that reaffirms all of our hard work and personal attention we love to give each of our fellow Jeepers!!

Again, THANK YOU! :D

I just spoke with Quinn today with what i thought may be a problem with my lift. He was more than willing to spend time talking to me about my problem. I agree that these guys are great to deal with!!!!!!

FYI....Turns out it may be the torque converter.

Thanks again All J!!!!!!!!!
