Im going to assume transmission output seal and the tcase seal too. Which ever one is leaking is inconsequential since Ill have to drop the tcase and might as well do both while Im there (and a service too). My question is for those who have dropped and replaced these seals what do I need to look for when dropping the tcase and what tools do yall recommend for pulling the seals. Its been quite some time since I pulled a tcase and it was on fords not jeep (used to slip yolks, 4 bolt u clamps, and reverse torx nuts) so I was a little surprised when I took a look under the KJ.

Same here or possibly maybe the main seal around the T-case itself.
